Shipping Policy

We at HR LABEL BY Himanshi Ranawat (HRLabels) are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. To enable us to ensure prompt and safe delivery, please read and follow the terms below.

1. Destinations

1.1 We take orders for delivery to most postal addresses across India and selected international locations. Please note that HRLabels does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or hotels. Customers are requested to provide a complete address with PIN/ZIP code and nearby landmarks for easy delivery.

1.2 Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel when courier delivery is attempted. In case no one is available to receive the package, the parcel may be left at the door or delivery location. At that point, responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the customer. In such cases, our courier partners may not be able to provide signed confirmation of delivery.

1.3 No shipments will be dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery schedules may also vary depending on courier service availability in certain regions.

1.4 Currently, each order can be shipped only to one destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

2. Cost

Shipping charges may be applied by HRLabels in addition to the price of the products.

Shipping cost depends on the weight of the product, delivery location, and courier service used. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout before the order is completed.

In certain cases, customers may receive reduced shipping charges or free shipping offers on additional items or promotional orders.

3. Delivery Time

After the order is placed, processing of your order may take 2 to 5 business days depending on product availability and order volume.

Once the order is processed and ready for dispatch, we will send you an order confirmation and shipping notification via email or SMS.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

◦Within India: 3 to 7 business days

◦International Orders: 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination

If a product is required urgently or before a specific date, you are advised to contact us before placing your order so we can confirm product availability and expected delivery timelines.

The origin of all shipments will be Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

After we dispatch your order, we will provide you with a shipment tracking number through email or SMS. Using this tracking number, you will be able to track the status of your shipment while it is in transit.

5. Billing

Please note that all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the product price, in accordance with Indian tax regulations.

The invoice will be included in the shipment or shared electronically via email.

6. Insurance

All shipments are insured by HRLabels until delivery at your address. There are no additional charges for this service.

However, HRLabels will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the shipment after it has been delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Customers are advised to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment.

Always provide the correct shipping address and PIN code to avoid delivery issues. If the address or PIN code is incorrect and the parcel is returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping charges.

7. Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country's authorities must be paid by the customer.

HRLabels will not be responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs clearance.

8. Important Guidelines

To ensure safe and convenient delivery of your shipment, please follow these guidelines:

8.1 Always provide a complete and accurate postal address with PIN/ZIP code and nearby landmark.

8.2 Ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment at the time of delivery.

8.3 Before accepting delivery, please check that the package has not been damaged or tampered with.

If the packaging appears damaged or you suspect that the merchandise is not in good condition, please refuse delivery of the package and contact our support team immediately.
