At HR Labels, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Every product goes through strict quality checks before being shipped. However, if you experience any issue with your order, our return and exchange policy will help resolve it smoothly.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange process.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
◦The product must be unused and unwashed
◦The item must be returned in original packaging
◦All original tags must remain attached
◦The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
◦The product must be returned within 72 hours after approval
HR Labels reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet these conditions.
3. Exchange Policy
If your return request is approved, you may choose:
◦Product Exchange (subject to availability)
◦Store Credit or Refund (as applicable)
If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternate product of equal value or request a refund.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:
◦Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
◦Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Please note:
◦Shipping charges are non-refundable
◦Customers may need to bear the return shipping cost, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
◦Used or worn products
◦Products without original tags or packaging
◦Items damaged after delivery
◦Products purchased during final sale or clearance
6. Color & Fabric Disclaimer
While we make every effort to display product colors accurately:
◦Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting or screen settings.
◦Natural fabrics may show minor variations in texture or weave, which are not considered defects.
7. Damaged Packaging During Transit
In rare cases, minor packaging damage during shipping may occur. If the product inside remains intact, it will not be considered eligible for return.

HR Labels reserves the right to:
◦Approve or reject return requests after inspection
◦Refuse returns that do not comply with the return policy
